TemBici is our partner in several projects and we have built this relationship for a long time. The project in question is the “Summit TemBici”, which takes place every year with the aim of raising and discussing ideas about the role of the bicycle, as individual transport, addressing issues such as mobility policy, sense of collectivity, technology, among others. Able Digital takes action to assemble, organize, produce pieces and coordinate the functioning of the event.
Because of the pandemic, this was the first edition of the Summit that needed to be 100% online and, as it was a new format for the company, we had the challenge of helping them make the event happen. Furthermore; uniting all professionals in agreement and sync, relying on each guest's connection and schedule for camera and audio tests, was one of the biggest difficulties.
We realized that the project would have several paths, from building parts and website to managing audio and video. We prepared to understand what formats would be needed, we anticipated validation before deadlines, to avoid delays in something that must work in perfect sync. This was essential so that, along with the team alignment, we focused a lot on planning with plans A, B and C so that everything went perfectly. No sooner said than done! The organized and dedicated work brought us a great result: a lot of engagement in YouTube lives, a satisfied audience and, above all, a satisfied customer. We're already gearing up for the 2021 Summit, which will also be online! #wearable
